HISTORY OF CUPANG ELEMENTARY SCHOOL

 

Cupang Elementary School with an area of 3,166 square meters is situated in the open area of Villa Corazon Subdivision I, Cupang, Antipolo City which was donated by the late Ricardo R. Eniceo.It started its operation on June, 1986 as Cupang Primary School under the leadership of mrs. Eutequia Tira-Tira and 6 teachers. Then it was followed by Mrs. Maria L. Olano, who look after the school since there was no principal yet, On November, 1987,  Mrs. Trinidad A. Vergara was assigned as Teacher-in-charge of Cupang Elementary School with 15 teachers until she was promoted as Principal I in 1995. Miss Maria Fe J. Cruz, now Mrs. Maria Fe C. Herrera was asssigned as Principal I in cupang elementary School still with 15 teachers. Her term was finished on January, 1999 with 27 teachers. She was replaced by Mrs. Flora D. Cahapay as the principal of the school from March, 1999 up to August, 2004 with a total number of 64 teachers. On September, 2004. Mr. Victor Cahapay was asssigned as Principal II with 67 teachers until his retirement on March 6, 2007. On July 10, 2007. Dr. Iluminado D. Calixtro was assgned as principal with 80 teachers.On May 2009 Mrs. Angeles B. Dulin was assigned as principal with 88 teachers within 2 months only and she was replaced by Mr. Tito A. Cabacaba as principal of this school up to the present.
